It is our Bonzet-Kalamış Park Marina Residence transformation project performed in 2013 by combining the Huzur Apartment built in the 1950s with the Buket Apartments again built on the same dates. All normal floors are in 3+1 arrangement and they have a sea view of Kalamış Bay after the fourth floor. It is A+ quality. It is a permanent work of art that respects the region with its design and facade.
